Blowerproof Liquid airtight coating was sprayed airless on the outside of the concrete brick walls along the outer shell (>1000m²). The concrete bricks remained visible on the inside and were therefore not finished with traditional plaster. Along the outside of these walls, and thus on the blowerproof layer, insulation boards were installed by means of anchoring, after which the façade finishing was placed. After a blower-door test, the school was found to be passive. The blowerproof test gave an n50 value lower than 0.6.
