Description:
Total project: The air sealing was realised partly along the inside and partly along the outside. Floor-wall connections, ceiling-wall connections and window connections could be realised along the inside as these were plastered later. The roof connection had to be realised on the outside as the roof was constructed on the inside with laminated beams that remained visible.
Result blower-door test: n50 < 0.6 m³/h ( Passive building ).
