Description:
Total project air sealing of all houses and flats of this district: Blowerproof coating was applied to the floor/wall and wall/ceiling connections, the window connections and to the walls of the technical rooms. After carrying out the airproofing work, spray plaster was applied to the interior walls. The floors were further finished with sprayed floor insulation, chappe and tiles. The residential units achieved an n50 value < 1.
