Building system with Blowerproof® on walls

1. Blowerproof® Liquid is applied on the external side of the outerskin brickwall to achieve permanent airtightness. Afterwards, insulation boards are installed by anchoring(*) before the façade finish is applied.  The inside of the brickwall can be finished as preferred but does not need other airtightness products or can be left without finish. (*) contact us for approved anchors.

2. Alternative system: Blowerproof® Liquid is spray applied on the internal side of the outerskin brickwall to achieve permanent airtightness. Afterwards, plasterboards are installed on the Blowerproof® layer with dot&dab technique (BBA testing on dot&dab product: Siniat Universal Bonding Compound. Also tested with Starcontact (Baumit). To improve adhesion between Blowerproof and dot&dab product, a stucprimer such as BetoKontakt may be considered.
